Tool stick-out invalid

whatever number I fill in Tool stick-out, the field is always displayed in red and a warning is displayed:

Warning:
Resulting RPM was reduced because of the length of the tool

Hi,
I can't reproduce the issue.
Can you send me a screenshot of the machine profile?
I think this could be caused by the incorrect use of the RPM/POWER table.
